This course is for self-identified survivors who want to work with plant allies on a physical, as well as psychospiritual, level, to experience greater ease and embodiment. You will be introduced to relevant herbal allies and their actions, ways to connect with plants and the elements, and simple Earth-based practices you can integrate into your daily life.
