It will introduce you to relevant herbal allies and their actions, ways to connect with plants and the elements, and simple Earth-based practices you can integrate into your daily life.

I'm Aleksa, the founder of Hale & Hart. I created h&h as a place to refill your cup, no matter how drained it is. 
After struggling with chronic illness for years, I learned to refill my metaphorical cup through self-advocacy, herbal empowerment & community solidarity. Now, as a community herbalist & disability activist, I apply an anti-oppressive lens to design systems & resources that serve non-normative bodyminds—not balance sheets.
